I was initially interested in appropriating canonical artworks with Barbie representing the feminine ideal. As my Body of Work progressed and I became further influenced by artists such as Moffat and Sherman, my concept evolved. An evocative underworld emerged from experimenting with the structural frame, using colours, shadows and light, expressing my spirituality through pantheistic undertones.
