We’re thrilled to welcome tonight’s celebrity speaker all the way from Kabul. Australian skateboarder Oliver Percovich is based in Afghanistan where he runs an NGO called Skateistan. He joins us to talk about this amazing initiative and how, through skateboarding, he is educating, empowering and changing the lives of local children. Deborah Kelly is delivering the last of our artist talks inside the 19th Biennale of Sydney: You Imagine What You Desire and our associated States of mind film is the emotionally charged 21 grams.
