What is the construction around the two statues at the front?

Construction at the front of the Gallery

To coincide with the exhibition 40 years: Kaldor Public Art Projects, Japanese artist Tatzu Nishi will present the 19th Kaldor project. Nishi is enclosing Gilbert Bayes' two larger-than-life equestrian sculptures outside the Gallery's entrance within room-like structures, decorated inside as a domestic bedroom and living room.
